Pleasant View Subdivision (Middletown, Connecticut)

«Back to Sample Projects

Initially comprised of approximately 65 acres of the former Pistol Creek Golf Course, approximately 45 acres have since been donated to the City of Middletown to only be used as conservation, open space and/or passive recreation. Accordingly, the twelve Estate Homes to be built as part of this subdivision will be situated high on a hill with unobstructed views for miles and miles. The adjoining vast amounts of open space will enhance the quality of this project, making it one of the most desirable locations in the entire city. The complicated approval process required special permits from the Army Corp of Engineers, special waivers from the State Planning Office and the CTDEP, as well as inter-municipal agreements between Berlin and Middletown to allow the project to be served by public water and sewer service.
