We acquired the well known Middlesex County institution known as the Landmark Inn and Conference Center, situated on 7+/- acres of land at the intersection of Routes 1 and 9 South in Woodbridge, NJ, approximately one-half mile from the Woodbridge Mall. Working closely with the Mayor and his staff (former Governor James McGreevy) as well as the New Jersey DOT, we successfully obtained approvals to construct a free-standing, single-story retail center consisting of approximately 50,000 square feet. Given the site’s superior access, location and visibility, we were approached by the General Motors Corporation to sell them the approved project. We were then retained by General Motors to seek a modified site plan approval on their behalf so they could construct two new car dealerships at this location.
